Copyright and DMCA Policy

Profile owners must own or have permission to use every photo, logo, icon, artwork, file, link, and other item they submit. Gibbor Connect responds to valid copyright notices and counter-notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Repeat-infringer policy
We record copyright strikes and terminate or suspend access, in appropriate circumstances, for users who repeatedly infringe copyright. Three active copyright strikes ordinarily result in suspension, although we may act sooner when circumstances warrant. A strike may be reversed after a valid counter-notice, retraction, or other reliable evidence. We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners where required by law.

Submit a copyright takedown notice
This form is for copyright only. Requests involving a nonconsensual intimate image should use our 48-hour safety removal process. Trademark, other privacy, impersonation, or publicity-rights complaints should be emailed to support@gibborconnect.com. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may expose the sender to liability.
Submit a counter-notice
Use this form only if Gibbor Connect removed or disabled your content and you believe that happened because of a mistake or misidentification. We may send your counter-notice and contact information to the original claimant. If it is valid, we may restore the material 10–14 business days after receiving it unless the claimant tells us they filed a court action seeking to restrain the material.
What happens next
- We log each submission, evaluate whether it contains the required elements, and act expeditiously on valid notices.
- We may request missing information and may share a notice with the affected profile owner.
- We disable or quarantine identified content when appropriate and record a copyright strike.
- We forward valid counter-notices to the original claimant and preserve an auditable history of every action.
