Gibbor Connect lets customers provide profile content, links, logos, photos, artwork, and other materials. Customers must have the rights needed to use anything they submit.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Gibbor Connect infringes your copyright, email support@gibborconnect.com with the work claimed to be infringed, the URL or content at issue, your contact information, and a statement that you believe the use is not authorized.
Our response
We may remove or disable access to content while we review a complaint. We may also suspend accounts or profiles that repeatedly publish infringing, illegal, deceptive, or abusive content.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe the complaint was mistaken, contact us with the removed content, your explanation, and enough information for us to review the issue. Legal disputes may require review by counsel.
Designated agent
Gibbor Connect should register a DMCA designated agent before materially scaling user uploads or public profile hosting. Until then, copyright notices should be sent to support@gibborconnect.com.
